Jessica Lindeen

Jessica started helping in her family’s downtown Minneapolis restaurant when she was only 11. By age 14 her lifelong career in the hospitality industry was well established. Jessica has worked at all levels of the restaurant business, from dishwasher to owner/manager.  She’s had the opportunity to work for Cafe De Luca in Chicago, Para Sole Restaurant Group in Minneapolis as well as Chadwicks on Captiva Island Florida. She has owned and operated restaurants both in the United States and abroad.  In addition, she spent several years as a first mate and chef on private sailboats yachts in the Caribbean.  She has gained a unique education in the field of food and beverage through real life and experiences.

Vicky Rutledge

Chef Vicky was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama in a home centered around food.

After graduating from Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Miami she joined the Capital Grille organization and was a corporate trainer when she left to help open the Lazy Goat restaurant in Greenville,S.C. She was named the 2009 “Breakout chef To Watch”by Esquire Magazine within a year after being named Executive Chef.”   Vickey joined Galley and Garden in November of 2020. 

Chef Vicky's cuisine has been featured in several magazines: Southern Living, 

Garden & Gun, Food and Wine, and Saveur


Stan Reynolds
Maître D'

Teri Stewart
Event Coordinator

Stan earned his chops at the world renowned Commander's Palace in New Orleans, where he spent over two decades starting as a food runner and departing as one of the key

restaurant managers.

After Hurricane Katrina, Stan returned back to Alabama and has spent the last 15 years in restaurant management, including opening with G&G in 2014.

Stan graduated with a B.A. in Art from Auburn and is an avid painter. His watercolors adorn the walls here

at Galley & Garden.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Teri is a graduate of Samford University.

She spent nearly 15 years in the west, beginning her fine-dining career working for James Beard award winner Michael Mina.  In Los Angeles, she spent five years at the awarded Patina Restaurant, headed by celebrity Chef Joachim Splichal.  Now back in Birmingham, Teri joined the Galley and Garden team in 2017. 

With a passion for entertaining, she loves to bring our guest’s private party visions to life.

When she is not helping others party, Teri can usually be found on a boat in the Gulf of Mexico.

Sydney Shadinger
Beverage Director

Sydney, a native of Alabama, brings over 10 years of restaurant and hospitality experience to Galley and Garden.


Her passion for unique wine and cocktails has cultivated an impressive knowledge of a wide variety of different drink styles.


  When she is not behind the bar making a perfectly curated drink for our guests, Sydney can be found hiking or kayaking in the great outdoors.
